Today's iCal events

This geeklet displays the current day's iCal events. It requires that you have iCalBuddy installed.

Command:

usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc eventsToday | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

Font: Futura Colour: White Size: 16

iCalBuddy Installation Instructions:

Download iCalBuddy from http://hasseg.org/icalBuddy/
Double-click the file to unzip it.
Double-click the install.command file.
Enter your administrator password.
Close the window.
Optional: Open a new Terminal window and type "icalBuddy eventsToday" to test it works.

how do i see events from other days ???

i copied and edited the script so that "eventsToday" read "eventsToday+1" (for tomorrow) "eventsToday+2" for two days from now, etc

but this includes any events today

EDIT: figured it out.. this is how i do it

echo Today

/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -n -f eventsToday | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

echo Tomorrow/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -f eventsFrom:tomorrow to:tomorrow | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

how do i view events for the day? i have this written.

echo Todays ical events

/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -n -f eventsToday+5 | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

echo Tomorrow/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -f eventsFrom:tomorrow to:tomorrow | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

But nothing is appearing but Todays ical events.

I think maybe the is an error, and should just be a new line. Try:

echo Todays ical events

/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -n -f eventsToday+5 | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"

echo Tomorrow

/usr/local/bin/icalBuddy -nc -f eventsFrom:tomorrow to:tomorrow | sed -e "s/*/--/" | sed -e "s/!/!!/"
