There seems to be a problem with Dictionary.com's RSS feed (July 1, 2011). If you're getting a "302 Found" message, you're not alone. I expect it to solve itself.

Is there anyway to split the word and the definition. I'd like to be able to have the word large and the definition small over the top. New to all this Geektool stuff.

First, create two shell geeklets. Then, for the word geeklet, use the script below:

thing="curl --silent 'http://dictionary.reference.com/wordoftheday/wotd.rss' | grep -E '(title>|description>)' | tail -1 | \

sed -e 's///' -e 's///'"

set -- $thing

echo "$foo"'

And for the other, use $bar on the last line instead of $foo, which will give the definition.
