Most of this is gathered from sites here and there. The only one I did more or less by hand is the IP address; that script is as follows:
ifconfig en1 | grep inet | grep broadcast | awk '{ print $2}'
Presumably this only works for wireless connections. Not sure what a more robust way to handle this might be, though I'm planning to look into it.
I've uploaded the major geeklets, including labels. They are roughly organized into little groups. Please note that to localize the weather you'd have to alter the hardcoded zip code in the forecasts.
I'm using Bowtie to do the iTunes current track thing. (The basic idea here in fact was to put the "Passed" theme in an appropriate setting.)
You'll also need the 'Beba Neue' font to completely reproduce the screenshots below.
